    I’m sorry you are in this valley again. You describe it well. I can especially relate to the gray feeling on sunny days.

    My heart goes out to you. Depression is a beyond difficult journey and easily hidden if we chose to hide. I have been there and the loneliness can be brutal. Thank you for bravely sharing your experience. You are not alone.
