So true. This made me remember several years ago when , just after my husband died, I couldn’t put one foot in front of the other without being pushed. I was made to eat so I decided to buy paper plates and then I thought I would have to rinse them off before putting in the recycling bin anyway. Now I just wash up the crockery once a day ( if they’re lucky). I blog which helps , sometimes I publish , sometimes I leave it as a draft. Sending a prayer for you and your brother, I am lucky – I’m old but still kicking and I live in an age where you are never alone . Someone , somewhere will be listening.

Seriously. I just did that. It actually makes you feel like you’re halfway up Everest though, because getting out of bed comes before doing the dishes.

Precisely! Get out of bed and you reach base camp one. Getting dressed, base camp two. Don’t forget your oxygen!
