If you’re a follower of my blog, you’re probably thinking I finally got my meds tweeked. No such luck. Hopefully, that’ll come tomorrow. I’ll keep you posted.
What I did do, is make a few tweeks to the fonts here. And I am so happy with the results! I was fartin’ around with changing my template design, but didn’t want to throw my readers for a loop…not that drastic anyways. It’s like when I used to grocery shop at Super Wal-Mart and would get cans of vegetable soup – yes, the Sam’s Choice brand, that’s how I roll.
I did it for years.
The same soup.
The same label.
Well then for some unknown reason, they changed the labels on the soup and it infuriated me. Probably not so much infuriated me as it did confuse me. I couldn’t understand why they broke something that had been working for years.
Anywhoooooo, reeling it back in, I didn’t change my template. I figured out how to change the fonts. Here’s how you can tweek yours too:
Click My Sites (top left of your screen) > Personalize > Themes > Customize > Fonts
If you notice, the headings are bolder and more pronounced. I wanted my posts to be more distinctive and separated for my readers. Before, I think it looked like the posts just bled together without separation. I really wanted to find a way that my followers/readers could tell where one post began and where it ended.
I also changed the onscreen text to another font and made it larger. Again, in the hopes that it will make reading easier on your eyes.
I’m hoping these changes lead to a positive reading experience with my readers. Thank you for everyone who stops by to read, follows, comments, and shares my posts. I really appreciate your involvement, feedback, and dialogue.

WordPress tweeking can be refreshing. Unfortunately, I don’t usually get to enjoy the visual treats, as I read blogs on my phone. The fonts are all the same. I can’t wait to check out your changes.
