3 Days, 3 Quotes Challenge | Day 2

30 Jun

Thank you to Dan for nominating me for this challenge and pushing me to become a better blogger. Please check out his site and the challenge at –

This quote is the mantra of Surviving the Specter.

It was born from a thought I had while I was in the psychiatric institute after I hanged myself. It has been a long road, but after years of work, I’ve been able to give myself grace.

This quote has allowed me to learn to take it easier on myself.

I hope you are able to use it in your own life.

Hey buddy, I love quotes like this and this one hits the nail right on the head! Who are we trying to convince anyway lol If we can’t love ourselves then what’s the point, right. This is just what I needed to see this evening. Thanks for sharing 🙂 Be well my friend.
