Hey! What are your 10 Loves/Hates?

11 Jun

I’m piggybacking on morgueticiaatoms original post about 10 Loves/Hates, and I challenge you to do the same. In fact, go check it out and get lost in her site – https://morgueticiasmentalhealthmausoleum.wordpress.com/2015/06/06/lovehate-challenge/. Her whitty sarcasm and dark humor will make you an instant follower.

And if you want to know a little more about her come back Friday and read her guest blog!

Thank you for this morgue’ 🙂 Hope I make you proud. Here goes…

10 Things I Love-

1.   Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes. Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes.

2.   I love Thursdays. They’re like the new Friday.

3.   Hot wings. Yeah. Love them.

4.   Rock band. Pretty much.

5.   Rock and Metal: Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch, Bullet for My Valentine, Black Veil Brides, Tool, Pop Evil, Ra. Aggressive guitars and thunder drums. I like to understand my lyrics though. Don’t go for stuff much harder than that.

6.   My daughter.

7.   My bunny. That’s right, imma 41 year old male with a free-range, litter-trained bunny. She’s a black and white English lop and she has a diet of water, dark, leafy greens, western Timothy hay, varmint food, and electrical cords.

8.   Yard sales. Yeah, I just said that.

9.   When my gas gauge says “0 miles left” and I make it another 1.5 miles to the gas station.

10. My Adderall. Yup, it makes the next 10 things possible to stand…

10 Things I Hate-

1.   I went to pull several paper towels off the roll today and the last one didn’t rip evenly! Like, one of its corners is still on the roll. I hate that.

2.   When someone springs something on me last minute. Not hitting the happy note there.

3.   My 2008 Ford Focus. It’s one step away from being held together with duck tape. I just have to find it in blue.

4.   As soon as I get home after work and someone comes banging on my door.

5.   When I call you and leave a detailed message and as soon as I hang up you call back. “Saw that you called”. smh.

6.   When the toilet seat is left down.

7.   When my water gets turned off. By. The. City.

8.   When I’m shaving my lip and the razor nicks me right where my nostril meets the upper portion of my lip. Totally el-suckwad.

9.   That you can’t use both sides of the toilet paper.

10. Hangnails. Should’ve probably put that one first.

How about you? Are you up to taking the challenge? Maybe a few thoughts in the Comments section?

Your car sounds like my leather jacket, only I buy the duct tape in black and keep patching it up. My car can rust, whatever, as long as it gets me from point a to point b. Leather, now that’s important, cos that skull patch on the back cost more than the coat and I AIN’T giving up on it.
Furthermore, I commend you on having a bunny, pet people are my kind of people. Oh, and yard sales, yesss, my home furnishings and wardrobe are courtesy of yard sales. Makes me giddy to find something I’ve been looking for dirt cheap. (Like recently when I found an old Boggle game for fifty cents, and Amazon wanted like forty bucks for a new one, muhaha, I got an epic deal.)

As for dresses and sashes and eyelashes…Um…

😉 Thanks for the link and kind words, it’d warm the cockles of my heart were they not dulled by all the meds. ❤

Being a guy, I use staples on my leather, hahaha and yes, then reinforce it with duct tape – wack wack. This car gets me from A to B but the cost on my nerves is relentless. I’m thankful for what I have, believe you me, but once I’m a little better financially it’s a truck all the way! Definitely new, too. #11 – I hate inheriting someone else’s crap/problems. I’m certainly mechanically declined when it comes to automobiles but at least I can change the oil, transmission fluid, and brakes…sumpins better den nuttin. Used to be bad with yard sales and even had a couple apps on my phone that would show them on a map and then route them out so I could efficiently hit them in the quickest amount of time. Gotta be quick with them deals. You gotta be quick. “Dresses, sashes, and snowflakes”, well blame that on my momma making me watch Sound of Music at a really young age. That was probably my traumatic event.

Glad I got to give you a shout out 🙂 Can’t wait to see the response on Friday!!!

Being a ghoul, I think staple guns make excellent weapons…I mean, household tools. Yeah, that’s what I meant. 😉

They’re not enough to mortally wound the undead, but they’ll hold some stuff together.
