Judgement: It’s not always possible to trust your judgement when you have depression as it can often make you view things negatively.
Support is important: Let people support you. Yes there is a stigma associated with mental illness but the majority of people are good and will understand. The biggest hurdle to your recovery is in fact you and your own prejudices and stigma about your own illness.
